Terms and Conditions – Introductory Offers

  1. The Introductory Offers apply to our 45kg LPG exchange bottle program & Elgas EasyGas® refill in all states/territories in Australia. If the property is verified by ELGAS as capable of tanker or bottle supply, the Introductory Offers will apply.
  2. The offers are only applicable to new residential customers that sign up between 10:00 of 2nd Sept 2025 and 31st March 2026  and receive their first delivery by May 31st 2026.
  3. The offers are available for areas serviced directly by ELGAS and through the majority of ELGAS Agents, however the offers are not applicable through our Distributors.
  4. We will switch your current gas bottles over to ELGAS bottles and return the old bottles to your old supplier, all free of charge.
  5. An annual service charge will apply to each bottle located on your premises and will be invoiced separately as a Service Charge, as described in the Plain English T&Cs.
  6. ‡ All offers include free delivery to the areas serviced directly by the majority of ELGAS Branches. Delivery charges may apply at some select ELGAS Branches and Agents. To confirm if delivery charges apply to your order, please call your local ELGAS Team on 131 161.
  7. The pricing offers within this promotion cannot be interchanged. Each price offer is separate and independent of each offer.
  8. Credits are not redeemable for cash nor transferable and only available at original registered Elgas account address. Credits can only be applied to an ELGAS account and only valid on LPG purchases.
  9. ELGAS reserves the right to amend or terminate this promotional offer at any time.
  10. The general terms and conditions that apply to the use of this website also apply.
  11. The $100 of account credits (5 x $20 e-vouchers totalling $100 worth of gas credits inclusive of GST) are applied to the customer account at $20 per 45kg bottle for the first 5 bottles delivered. If you want to apply e-vouchers to a EasyGas tanker refill, the e-voucher may only be applied with $20 per tanker refill for the first 5 tanker refills and minimum of 70 litres per refill.
  12. Only one set of e-voucher promotion credits per customer account can apply at any one time and cannot be combined or accumulated with e-vouchers from other ELGAS voucher promotions unless specifically stipulated in the other voucher promotion.
  13. E-vouchers expire 3 years from the date that they are issued to the customer account.

Fixed Price Plan

  1. Gas Pricing as at the time you sign-up for the Fixed Price Plan will be fixed for the 24 months of ongoing supply, starting from the date of signup.
  2. Only after this initial 24 months of ongoing supply would your price alter to Elgas’ current Variable Price for your residential address. By default, your account would move to a Variable Price Plan after this two-year period.
  3. If you choose the Fixed Price Plan, you may apply the e-vouchers to the fixed price until the e-vouchers have been redeemed. If not the e-vouchers are not redeemed before the initial 2-year period ends, the outstanding account credits on your e-vouchers may be applied in accordance with clause 17.

 Variable Price Plan

  1. As at the date you enter into a Variable Price Plan, you will be charged at Elgas’ current Variable Price for your residential address. The e-vouchers may be applied to Elgas’ current Variable Price until the e-vouchers have been redeemed or expired.

The price under Variable Price Plan can vary at any time (including during and after the period of this promotional offer) and movements are based on many factors including world LPG prices, and the price applicable is at the time of delivery to your premises. Please refer to the Plain English T&Cs in respect of how this pricing is varied.

Carbon Neutral Product

  1. When you opt in for Carbon Neutral Product, ELGAS will offset the greenhouse gas emissions from every LPG purchase you make under this plan.
  2. Pricing for the Carbon Neutral product (Carbon Neutral Offset Fee)may vary from time to time based on commercial matters, including exchange rate fluctuations, change in law, change in tax and other commercial considerations and their application may vary in timing and magnitude.
  3. The product offered is certified by Climate Active. Climate Active is a partnership between the Australian government and Australian businesses to drive voluntary climate action.
  4. The Carbon Neutral Offset Fee will continue apply until you opt out by contacting Our Customer Service Centre on 131 161.
