The following is a list of our convenient payments options. Its your choice!
 Online LPG Gas Payments & Orders
You can log in here for secure site access service that allows you to source your up-to-date account information, order gas, make online payments, check delivery dates, leave special delivery instructions,
download invoices and more.
No special password is required for residential customers.
Just enter your customer number and surname and you are ready to go!
Commercial customer accounts do require a password.
Please call 131 161 to obtain your commercial account password.
Direct Debit
If you choose, Elgas can automatically deduct payment from your credit card or bank account on the due date. Please call 131 161 if you wish to arrange Direct Debit for your Elgas account or just download the Direct Debit Form.
Payment via Bpay®
If you are a Bpay user, just connect with your participating bank to make an online payment from your account.

Payment by Phone
Simply call 1800 626 988 for our Automated Service. Please have your credit card and customer number details ready. (MasterCard and Visa cards only). A maximum of $1000 per month is permitted.
 Payment in Person
Please present your whole invoice and pay by cash or cheque at your Elgas centre, payment agency, or any Australia Post Office. Please make cheques payable to Elgas Ltd.
Payment by Mail

Budget Billing
With Budget Billing, a regular Direct Debit charge is applied, based on your average monthly usage. The Budget Billing option takes the hassle out of keeping your payments up-to-date and helps you spread your gas costs evenly across the whole year. Please call 131 161 for more information.
Interest Free Easy Payment Plan for Appliances
A simple payment option to spread the cost of your new appliance over a 12 month period and its interest free!
Easy Payment Plan Terms & Conditions:
- This offer is limited to Elgas domestic customers who receive their LPG supply directly from Elgas, not from an Elgas distributor.
- The purchase must include an LPG appliance and installation or a packaged, fully installed deal to be eligible for the easy payment plan.
- Cook tops, ovens, solar products, BBQs and incidental items are not eligible for interest free terms.
- To be eligible for this offer, customers must pass a credit appraisal.
- For the customer’s application to be complete, the customer must pay a minimum deposit of $150 or 10% whichever is greater, and select one of the offered direct payment methods.
- Customers can choose a payment period of up to 12 months interest free.
